Location: Vallejo, CA

Shift: Night Shift 11pm to 7:30am; 5 x 8s, no set days. typically, every other weekend as well.
Duration: 13 weeks contract

 

Job Description:

Night shift, 5×8s, no set days, typically every other weekend.

Requires either a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Technician.

Must have BLS and preferably CPI; CPI can be obtained on site.

Requires 1+ year of psych experience.

No call.

High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required

Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Two years' experience in acute or long-term mental healthcare hospital: Preferred

Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT): Required

Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI): Required

AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: Required
